Hi Guys!
I'm in the process of fixing a small coolant leak from what appears to be the intake manifold gasket. I'm goin to need a little coolant to top the reservoir off. I saw Toyota coolant for $30/gal and Zerex Asian vehicle red coolant for $20/gal. Has anyone had any experience with it?
My guess is, unless I'm flushing the entire system, I should stick with Toyota coolant since that's what's in the system (timing belt and WP done 25k miles ago at a dealer.
Thanks for your thoughts!

I stick with Toyota red since you just had the W/P replaced and I don't like the idea of mixing different brands even if it's compatible. just my 2 pennies.

I just used 1.25 gallons of Zerex to refill my radiator after I replaced it. No problems. Also used Zerex in my Tacoma's to top up. It either meets the specs or it doesn't, Zerex meets the spec.

Thank you! I will consider it.
I guess its going to be cheaper to go Toyota Long life coolant because I will just need a quart or two, so a gallon jug will get me covered ($30). If I go Zerex route, I'd flush the system so I have 100% Zerex and not a mixture of the two, but that's like 4 gallons ($80)!
