I just backpacked 40 miles of the grand canyon. I had chili mac and sweet and sour pork. Both were pretty good. My wife had a chicken and dumplings that was good too.
 
Beef Stroganoff.....but you need to let it sit a while. I found that adding 75% of the recommended water, then toping off with more boiling water half way thru helps, as does wrapping the pouch if a jacket so it doesnt cool off helps rehydration as well.
