wts or wtt F engine for Chevy enfine

I am wanting to switch out my F engine for a Chwvy v8. Will sell outright or will consider trade. Im in DFW area. No idea on price, open to suggestions, thx. The engine runs as my daily druver, just want more power. If I were going to keep it I would rebuild to install new gaskets and rear seal. Possibly new set of rings. I can do this myself if that helps the deal
