Greetings everyone...

I am looking for a single steel wheel. 15x8 with toyota 6 hole.
Need it to set up a spare...

I am in central CT and travel up 91 into VT/NH very often.

Sam I think I have one. Not 100% sure on the size it might be a 15x7. Let me see if its stamped to the rim. You could come get it before I send dash pad.

Hoping for an 8", but your offer is appreciated and may be an option. Thanks...let me know if it is 8.

I really think that its a 15x8. Tried to look really quickly in the snow and couldn't find the marking. I am pretty sure that its there. I will check again tomorrow.

If that one doesn't work out, I have 2 of them in the garage that are in perfect condition, but I can't remember the backspacing. The are painted black now. Let me know if you want it, I'll measure them. You can HAVE them for nothing.

Jason, if you measure where the bead seats, see pic.

KLF, I wanna get to Salem sometime to see the "American Stonehenge", have you been there?

Would be great if you could measure them. If they are the stock spoke style toy rims, I may have to make the trip. Those are the type I am really looking for to match a set. That is great of you to offer.

I like the rims on the rear of yer 45. The ones on the front...meh.

I think the type of spokies on the rear are usually refered to as stock steel wheel. Am I correct,,,,anyone?

I thought that the front ones were stock but was told that not the case. Actually the white spoke in the rear is the only that is like that and I prefer the front. I was going to go drum brake wheels with hub caps but found that they don't fit due to the larger Aussie style drums so these wheels should fit a disk brake wheel. Measuring it with a tire on it was a little difficult but I am 90% sure that they are 15x8. I think that the factory wheels are either the steel wheels with hubcaps or the steel wheels similar to what I have on the 45 now (60 series).

Hey I really appreciate you getting on that as quick as you did Jason.
So it has a tire installed, and it is like the one on the rear of your 45 in the pic? How much you want, I have a tire 31",but what size is the one on it? I'm setting up a spare to go with my 31" AT's.

KLF, I am tempted to come get yours for free...but it is a loong drive. I could come in Feb, but maybe I will just go out to RI and meet up with Jason.

Also to note...

The 31" AT set I have on my 40 now, needed a set of 1/4" shims to clear the front calipers. The rears clear the calipers with no shims.

Same tire mount up on my 4runner with no shims needed.

Maybe you could use spacers for your Aussie calipers???

I currently has 31" on it as seen in the picture. The tread probably isn't good. I won't be using the wheels so you can has it for free just come by and get it. The wife will be happy to get it out of the yard. And that way you might actually get your dash pad :hillbilly:

I know that spacers will fit since Randy ran into the same problem with his troopie and that solved the problem. I might just by disk brake wheels or if I want wider call Stockton wheel. Buy for right now the 60series wheels fit great on the 33" skinny swampers I have

No hurry. Whenever you are ready. Usually get home from work before 4pm or on a weekend works too.
