As the title states, I'm looking for a first gen pickup. I've been scouring craigslist for a few months, I missed one for sale by a mud member by a few days. Budget is 2,500 max. Looking for mostly/all stock, no projects.

In the end this will be built by me into a crawler with a merc diesel, but in the for the time being it will be a truck my little brother can use until he graduates high school.

If you have any leads, please email me at skitsweet@gmail.com

Below are a few examples of what I'm looking for. I'd prefer a long bed, but it isn't a deal breaker.

Thanks! Jon

Good luck w/ that. 2500 won't get much for a stock non project

So buy the grey one in Az. Have it shipped here and your still under budget, or right at it.

I just type in Toyota 4x4 and put in a max price.

There's a really nice tan long bed SR5 on Shoal Creek about 1/2 way between Anderson Lane and Koenig, it's been sitting in the same spot for years. No idea if they are looking to sell, but might be worth a knock or leaving a note. It looks to be an '83 with the white 60 series wheels, it will be on your RHS traveling south. I've always been curious about it.

Good luck!
Tucker

**Edit - thought you were local, this probably won't help much from SA **

Could I persuade you to find out for me?
