FJ60's in PA
Jim- I have two FJ60's for sale. One is an 87 priced at $1450, has some rust but runs great. Silver in color interior is nice. No stereo. Tires are 31 x 10.50 BFG all terrains with decent tread. Truck runs quite well, I drove it home from Somerset PA a few weeks ago. I believe it's a good buy for the money especially as the mileage is only 135K.
I also have an 82 which is amazingly rust free. The truck was originally sold in California and spent most of its life on a farm or ranch in Wyoming. When I bought it the truck had a wyoming title. Mileage is over 200K but it runs well. It's brown with tan interior, runs strong, and has decent 33" all terrains on it. The interior has a funky smell the source of which I haven't discovered yet. Has a great stereo, new Toyota belts, hoses, tune up. Has a slight exhaust leak at the manifold. The frame is the cleanest I have ever seen, bar none, and the body has one little spot of rust starting at one of the rear wheelwells. Paint is scratched badly on the hood and front fenders. I have to get $2300 for this one, it's a great truck to make a project of.
I believe all accessories work on both trucks (lights, wipers, etc) although I haven't tried the AC yet in either truck. I am located in northeastrn PA off milepost 124 (from the MD border) of interstate 81. I was gonna keep the brown truck until coming across a fully worked 60 that a friend decided to sell. yeah, I have lots of 60's at my place right now!!!!
