Yo, Felix. Fredericksburg, and not to sound stupid, but it all depends upon the vehicle. I'll be using the rig for wheeling, so I'm not interested in full resto - I'd just tear it up...

Also, since you're in Fredericksburg, have you checked wiht Lance and his guys at Iron Pig Off Road? They'd probably know of any cruisers in your area for sale.
