WTB - Cruise Control Actuator

I'm looking for a cruise control actuator assembly for an 80. Part number 88002-60030, I think 95-97, but possibly other years. I've found some out of state for $40-100, but I'd rather deal locally. I can pay $80 OBO.

Also looking for a steering wheel, leather condition not important.
