We sell the frames brand new here:
http://shop.cruiserparts.net/index.php?main_page=product_info&products_id=2317

Also sell new windshield:

and rubber:

all are in stock and can ship by end of week. Painting is also available (adds another week). Glass would be well protected if installed within the painted frame. Painting would add $250 and we can just color match to your color code.

If interested call Zak at 888-941-3450 or send us an email at helpdesk@cruiserparts.net

Have you installed one of your 75 series steel hardtop windshield frames on a 74/73 series fiberglass top vehicle? The part numbers are different, wondering how different they are and if that will work for the original poster.
