I own too many vehicles. It gets driven about once a week or two... It had 85,000 on it when I got it in 2007. So I've put 30ish thousand on it in 4.5 years. about 5000 or 6000 of those was a trip out west to montana/wyoming/colorado a few summers ago.

Update... cashier's check is purchased and boarding passes are printed. Taking the 6:45 flight to Dallas tomorrow to pick up the new rig. Wish me luck, looks like it's going to be a stormy drive home.

Don't bring that crap back!

The weather I mean! LOL.
I can't wait to see the new junk! Be safe.

Links? Pics? Specs?

posted with my thumbs.

Christmas in March.

Glad you found something, does that mean your keeping the 80 too?

Sent from my Droid thingy using IH8MUD

No, mine will be going up for sale soon. I have to clean some things up with it but the new one should do everything I want it to do.

Just pulled in to the house from Dallas, flew out at 6:45 and Garth picked us up at Love Field at 8:30. Drove to his house, filled out the paperwork and loaded up the extra set of tires, box with new seat leather, seat heaters and a bunch of extra goodies and we were on the road by 10:30. It was actually a fun trip and the truck was incredible on the road, even with the 315 mt's installed. I will post some pics and specs tomorrow, it was worth the trip and then some.

That's it, good detective work.

Here she is in front of the house this morning:

I can't believe I found this truck. Garth has babied this to no end, I looked through the maintenance log last night(every page in that is front and back and several of them have more than one page in each pouch):

and I can't find a single PM item on the truck that is not up to date. includiing the head gasket, rebuilt head, and valve job.

He even filled it up before picking us up at the airport and the latest oil change only had 100 miles on it.

This is just part of all the extras that came with it:

He literally kept coming out and saying "I forgot to mention this in the post, but you can have this too..."

I am going to install or have the leather kit installed and will update with pics of the interior. It is very clean as is but with the new 40th floormats, front and rear 40th pattern leather plus armrest and door inserts, and wheelskin it should be like a new truck on the inside.

I want to go for a ride!

You made the deal of the year. Want to trade?

You made the deal of the year. Want to trade?

Now that would be the deal of the year.

On another note, I've got a nice dilemma. I'll throw it out to the club and see what everyone says.

Truck currently has 315 old style MTR's and a 305 bfg AT spare. It also came with one unmounted 315 MTR and 4 almost new unmounted 305 BFGs. should I

A)keep the MTRs on the truck, swap the spare for the fifth MTR and sell the bfg's -

B)keep the MTRs, swap the spares, keep the bfgs

C) mount the 4 BFGs and sell the MTRs

I don't really have the room to store extra tires and am over budget on the truck to start with. I was originally planning on C, but since the truck drives so well as is I am now leaning toward A. What says the group?

I'd go with the smoothest road driving ones...

interesting. Clarence has offered to swap wheels and tires for a few days so we could both see how the trucks drive with the different sizes so I may do that. I was never happy with the way the shift points aligned on the 92 with the 33's, it was much better with the 35's IMO. Although, with the later trucks can you reset the shift points by correcting the speed signal with the yellow box :hhmm:

Buy a cheap set of wheels for the 315's... Run the ats on your stock wheels..
Bfg ats wear like iron and are smooth on the road but will frustrate the stew out if you in any kind of mud.
You don't want to rub up those stock wheels either.
