Waiting for parts, tools, Ect... Doing SCer maint i should have done 50k miles ago.. SCer snout oil change, Spark Plugs, Check internal condition of SCer.. Just taking for ever for parts...

Got the plugs done, just need to assemble everything back together. Been struggling a lot to get it done.

I replaced the brake booster on the 40 tonight. What a difference.
It's aftermarket, so it took a little finess to install. I'll probably take it for a spin again tomorrow. It's so cool to not have to stand on the brakes to stop.
I should have done this sooner.
Almost ready for Relic, now.

I got the mirrors and the bumper (thanks @CharlestonG8R ) on the Chick'n.
I had to drill out several bolts. To be expected, though. The mirrors I believe came from CCOT. I've had them for a couple of years.
The winch is next.
Since @scott johnson won a new one at GSMTR last year, I got the almost new one I gave him for Christmas '19 from his 40

Mounted the winch.
Looking for a good spot to mount the Auxbeam lights I won at GSMTR.
They are huge.

Getting the 62 ready for GSMTR, I replaced a rear unit joint, rear brakes, fixed the tailpipe (again), but cut it off so its not under the bumper. Checked and filled all of the fluids, charged the a/c, installed new front seat covers, put the passenger door speaker back in (it fell out wheeling 2 years ago) some other small things I can't remember....it's ready for some rocks!!!

After having three tires go bad or blow on the 62 to/from GSMTR, I finally bought a set.
Cooper Evolution 35/12.50/15.
4 mounted and balanced for just over $700.00. They were on Discount Tire for $164.00 ea. They are more $$ now.

I know, right?

Man this thread has been quiet…. I bought a 4x4 sheet of aluminum, cut a quadrant out, had some tabs welded back under and then mounted a hinge using rivets. Had it Line-Xd and color matched to the interior for durability. Mounted it over the weekend - finally - to be ready for the Relic Run. I also installed the ARB Fridge slide & the 12V aux plug, so I can keep ‘lunch’ cool while were traveling. The hinged lid allows improved access to gear, and I can store other ‘soft gear’ under the fridge. All securely bolted to stay in place.
