Long story short.....
My company is trying to burn me for three weeks of vacation time.
Trying to use the "use it or lose it" BS.

I WOULD never try to get something not earned by me.
Im at a loss with the company ladder.
Any advice on a next step?

Looking for how to deal with the current situation? or what to do moving on?

You need to talk to your HR department, they may have a way to "cash out" and give you the money for the hours w/out taking the actual vacation

I asked stinky if he knew, he went through some stuff with them as well. Maybe he'll chime in as well.

Be certain to get your hands on the company's employee manual and read it thoroughly--like you've never read anything before. Because that policy is what they can be forced into following, presuming their policy is in accordance with all state & federal laws. Use it or lose it policies are actually pretty common in the corporate world. Check here for more info: http://employeeatty.blogspot.com/2014/12/states-with-pro-employee-laws-no-use-it.html

Without knowing more info, I really don't have much to add.

Who have you worked with beyond your store manager to get it resolved? Have you signed into the MyHR (or whatever they call it) and contact corporate from there?

(I hate that company  )
