Wood trim?

I was wondering if you are able to get wood trim for the shifter area on the console, over the years I have scratched it up pretty well and I think some wood over that would look pretty good. I have seen others with it, but didn't know if it came like that from the factory or they bought it after market.

I am sure you can buy replacement wood inserts for the center console alone. In Australia it is about AUD$200. you can buy the center dash and the window buttons seperate also.
