WIRING SERVICES FOR ENGINE SWAPS

WE DO: 1UZ, 2UZ, 3UZ - MANUAL OR AUTOMATIC

PERFECT FOR ENGINE SWAPS INTO CARS, PICKUP TRUCKS AND BOATS!

We wire up your engine harness, so that you have 3 wires to connect for your engine to run.
We build a fuse box onto your harness with all relays and fuses for circuit and oil protection, so it becomes a standalone system on an OEM management.
We also wire in your alternator, oil light, rev counter, temp gauge, and OBD2 where applicable.
Where OBD1 is relevant, we wire it into your fuse box so that you can read flash codes.

We stock the majority of the connectors if any need to be replaced.
We also bypass your immobilizer or/and flash your ECU if required.

Wiring - $590
Bypass Immobilizer -$140
Flashing ECU - $140
Connectors - Averaging $7-8 per connector installed.
Shipping and Sales tax excluded.
Check out our you tube page for start-ups with various engine harnesses.

For those of us that insure our boats, what additional fuseblock are you using - Bussmann?

I ask as esp Bussmann is Coast Guard approved & damn near never questioned - Kodiak Equipment/Motors (KEM) uses them & the LS3 / LSA variants they sell Coast Guard & insurance don’t ask a question when they see the top beauty cover w/ Bussmann block mounted to it :grinpimp:

We’re getting squeezed & there’s a OBD-M now🙄, but I like the motors you’re building out harnesses for & going to weld a AL hull / jet drive built just how I want it.

Hope to hear back - would love a Jap motor in my next hull (boat) build - LS’s are great but I’d prefer say a Lexus LS400 V8 in a shorty jet sled, or other motors of similar TQ/HP - doesn’t need that big V8 from the LS400.

Post up or PM me. —— Thx ——

Hi. I do apologies for such a late response. We have been swamped in work and had all out systems down for a bit. Anyway. I have used Busman a few times years ago. We mainly build harnesses for engine swaps in vehicles but have supplied a few projects like boats, trikes and even a plane. We moved away from the Basman fuse box for no other reason than price. I must admit the fuse boxes we are currently using have never had an issue either that we are aware of. I had a 30-foot sea ray I was planning to put 2x 3UZ engines in but with the transmissions so i could create a controller for the transmissions away from the engine management to be able to utilize P /N /N, 4th, 5th and 6th gears. 1st 2nd and 3rd would have no use in a boat i would think. But that project fell away as time is a huge issue. But this is something I would love to build in the future. ITs weird how they try and dictate. I understand things probably need to be checked for safety as there are some nasty jobs out there but OBD- M LOL. Nit surprised but not sure how they will overcome engine swaps. The newer UZ and naturally the UR and GR engines are simply wonderful machines. 2GR would be nice. Can basically give as much power as the 3UZ but is lighter. Just a thought. But a V8 is a V8. Can't beat that sound. Again. So sorry for the late response.
