Finally got around to upgrading this part of my arsenal. Always something else needed(wanted;)) 100' of 7/16

Looks good, but why are you guys using 7/16ths AB? 3/8ths is usually enough for most winches and vehicles.

Several reasons. 1 armoured up 60 with lots of weight on a 12.5k winch. Kinda wanted to be safe vs sorry. Been in some very Nasty mud and steep hill pulls.

2. Price. Got this on eBay for $204 delivered to my door. Some club had purchased a big roll and was selling off the extra to raise money. That's a price range where you usually see 3/8 in 75 foot lengths or shorter.

This thread started in the 60 section so that would have helped with the weight question, but the mods in their infinite wisdom though it belonged here.
