Wipers not moving,wiper relais clicks nothing happens bj73

Any idea what this can be ?

turn on the wiper,help them move with your hand,if they move slowly,then the bushings and shafts that the arms are bolted to are seized and need lubrication.

i tried but no succes,its another problem.

When the wiper motor is connected to the circuit then the wiper relay des not click,but when i pul the plug loose from the wiper motor the relay does click.

Im leaning towards thinking my wiper motor is shot,any other suggestions ?
