Wipers dont work, front or back (1 Viewer)

I recently picked up my first cruiser. A 1994 and am trying to trouble shoot why my windshield wipers don't work. Not the front or back. There is no noise at all and not even an attempt that they want to move.

Any thoughts on the best place to start? Fuses?

Got it fixed. Thankfully just a 20Amp fuse. Easy fix. Thanks all.
