99 LC, Windshield wiper switch problem. Washer pump does not engage, Intermittent wiper does not work. The switch turns on the wipers after you turn it past intermittent. Both low and high speeds. But when the switch is turned off. The wipers stop dead and do not return to base. Any ideas???

Has no one had to deal with this problem in there 100? I,m thinking this is a good thing. Probably going to be expensive.
