Wiper question...

Did a search and didn't find what I was looking for. Does anyone know if there is a way to adjust the automatic setting on the wipers. When I turn it on, even if there is just sprinkling rain, it goes 0-100 real quick (Drake).

Also, I have Bosch Icon's on the front, very happy with them. The Bosch evolution on the rear, not so happy with. Any recommendations for an excellent rear blade?

The best blades I've used so far are OEM from Mr. T. Buy the whole blade once, and just replace the rubber as necessary.

I've read that adjusting the auto wiper functionality usually involves ensuring you have the correct adhesive to mount the rear view mirror.
