Don't know what specific FJ4X vehicle or how far back you need to go but here are some more numbers from old catalogs:
'63 world market arm assy = "FJ40 59301"
LV arm assy = 85190-35020
'67 arm assy for USA delivery = 85190-60060
'69 arm assy world market = 85190-60071 and 85190-60061
Blade Assys:
'63 = FA80 69702
LV = 85220-10010, 85220-55010, 85220-55021
'67 and '69 = 85220-60030
1963 catalog shows early-style parts numbering system. These are from printed catalogs. Numbers may be discontinued or superseded, but you may get lucky with cross-referencing or NOS.

Here is what I know which isn't a lot. The 45LV were a different wiper system completely. As far as I know all the rest were the same version for the same year. The 61-67 model wiper motors were same except for the 45LV. Sometime during 65 the vent in the bottom of the windshield went away. This may or may not have changed the wiper arm and blade. The attachment at the wiper motor stayed the same. Not sure if I have a later non-vent version micro-fiche to compare to the earlier one. I do have a couple of parts books that convert the early parts number to a later part numbers.
