Fiasco. Took the installer four attempts to get it acceptable. Posted about it elsewhere:
Bad winshield install update
Possibly the worse windshield replacement job ever.....
Worst job ever?? Oh no, I'm waiting for the third attempt to replace mine correctly. Luckily it was done at a body shop during other work, and the body shop is stepping up and stepping on the windshield place to fix their chit. Currently the windshield is so low there is a huge gap at the top making all kinds of wind noise, and the side moldings are perched atop mounds of urethane sealant. I can stick a pencil under the side moldings at some points. I can see daylight through the rivet holes they are so far up from the A-pillar. The second install was done in a parking lot where I work, he took off without saying goodbye. My wife drove it to the body shop the next day, they didn't even have to step outside, they saw the problem as she drove in. They are ordering all new trim and seals, and having the windshield guy re-accomplish at their shop.
