Windshield/doors 75 vs 78 series

Are the Doors the same on a 78 as they are on the 75 series, as well as the windshield? I am most concerned with the rake of the front windsheild and even though the roof is fixed on the 78 as well as being a longer I was hoping the doors and windshield are the same.

The doors are the same between the 75 troop carrier and the 78. The 75 pick up and the 79 share doors too AFAIK, but they don't cross over to the troop carrier models.

The 79 series pickup doors are now the same as a troopy. They have that rounded off corner at the top whereas the fold down windscreen jobs had the sharp angled section.

The rigs with fold down windshields will interchange both doors and ws frames.
The rig with fixed windshields will interchange doors.

So say, a BJ70 hard top will swap doors with a HZJ79 but not a BJ74 or HZJ75

As far a rake go, they are the same and, say, a snorkel from one will fit the other.

I am working on a deal to bring these into the US on a regular basis. If all goes well I will be able to get them for less than a safarri snorkel. Stay tuned......
