Window trim/molding?

Hey all, I'm currently at the point where the exterior window trim/molding on my 1994 Land Cruiser is cracking and falling apart! I'm wondering where I can buy new trim/molding? I've done some research on this forum, but I've yet to find a vendor who sells this item. . . Any light you could shed on the subject would be greatly appreciated!
