Window Trim Issue (1 Viewer)

As I was driving in the freeway this morning, this plastic trim started flapping all over my windshield. I had to stop to add some tape on it. Looking for some advice on how to repair? Is this something that I need to go to the car glass shop or can I add some type of glue? Any ideas, recommendations?

When I had my windshield replaced, I got new of those windshield rubber trim and I believe the glass shop used a bead of black glue to make it stay
