im doing a couple little projects on my truck and im tired of hearing my front windows rattle when rolled down. The windows are missing the piece of rubber that goes down inside of the door. Where can i get this part? What is it actually called? Do you even know what im talking about?

are you talking about the window felts? buy the bulk material from a weatherstrip store and pop it in.

is it called window felts?

here is an image to clarify. the stuff should continue down into the door but stops. I found a piece of it in the bottom of each door. looks like it fell out.

window runner or chanel I think is what its called, yep you can get it new at the dealer, I replaced one of mine. Use some 3m weatherstriping glue to hold it on( I just used some at the top), factory install has no glue. Dont need to pull window, you can pull it out from the top and reinsert from top or bottom

felts are the fuzzy stuff going horizontal.

oh , its 2 peices, the part that you still have and the part in the bottom of the door, might just try to reuse the old stuff(if not brittle) just glue it at the top(and bottom if you can), and then lube the rubber, seems like they fall down(get pushed down with window) in the winter.

the pieces that run horizontal on the bottom are called inner and outer weatherstrips or bottom glass scrapers. the window channel is the frame section that the window felts (called this because of the felt like material on the inside), also known as glass run, mounts inside.
