I have this lot in far NE Kansas, being that I live in Arizona it's really of no use to me.. I would be open to a trade for just about anything.. This is a nice buildable lot that I thought I may use one day to park my motorhome on the way back to WI.. Drop me a line with any offers.. I'm honestly open to just about anything..

Yeah totally correct.. I have lived in too many places and forget where the hell I am sometime.. It should almost be the most SE County in KS.. I figure with the combination of high wages and $10,000,000 houses in the area this lot should sell itself.. :)

Honestly, I don't have much into this lot and don't need to get more then about $1,900 or something on trade for it so I can' tsee having any major issue with finding a person that can use it..

What are the lot dimensions and is it zoned r1 solely or joint r1/r2?

That's ok, never had a big reason to relocate to Oswego yet. BTW, where is Oswego?

That's the funny part. It's in SOUTHeast KS not northeast as the original post said. Along the KS/OK border about halfway between 169 and MO.

I might have been interested had the land been out in the country, and had I not just recently acquired land in Bourbon County, KS :D .

Can't wait to clear the land and have my own little camping spot away from the city.

Land is never a bad thing to own, when I can get my hands on something at a fair price I do so. I had a motor home I would have liked to park on there but sold it so now I would just be willing to do any trading as I'm not putting it to good use.

As for the forum, I don't have much input and don't use it much. I offer help when I can but don't offroad too much so I have little to add. My Land Cruiser has heard of dirt but never seen it. I don't care who likes who or what toes were stepped on or any other politics. I'm here to help when I can, offer advice when asked and otherwise just be left alone and stay away from trouble.

If you have any other questions I would be more then happy to entertain them. The property is about 50x75 and I'm not sure on the zoning, the houses just made me assume it was all zoned the same.
