Will '98 LC 3rd row match '04 LC??

Bought a 100 LC (grey leather) without 3rd row. Found a set of 3rd row seats out of a '98 land cruiser but need to know if it will fit and also if the grey color match will be exact? Very particular so I'm trying to figure out if I need to continue my search or if this set will work.

Im pretty sure they are the same. I think they changed the name of the interior colors along the way, but I don't think they changed the actual color. Leather patterns should be the same.

They should fit without issue.

An "exact" color match might be a different story. Depending on what you mean by "exact". It's a pretty sure bet that a 98 and a 04 are going to come from different dye lots. Even if they were an "exact" match when they left the factory, they may have faded more or less due to use/sun exposure/age. I suspect that they would be within reason a close enough match for me.

I would expect the velcro on the straps to be damaged, so they'll probably flop around a bit if/when you try to stow them.
