on a 94 with only a OME heavy lift?

or do you have to go to a FOR4" or Slee 6"?

Met a guy today that has a set of BFG AT 37 x 17" x 12.50" with about 250 miles on them, and needs to get rid of them.

would they fit stock wheels? or should you use steelies?

Pablo, I ran tires that large with just the OME 850/863 springs but included 2" spring spacers in the rear and 2.5" spring spacers in the front. It was an affordable test of whether I really wanted tires that size and worked out pretty well. I rode that setup for nearly a year. You'll want to make sure the shocks you have can deal with the extra length but it's not a big deal. They will fit the stock alloys fine.

Another way to deal with it versus going with big springs is to do a 2" body lift and you can run those springs with 37's (this is what AMMO did).

I have absolutely no technical input to offer. However I would like to say - PUT THOSE BAD BOYS ON!

Paul,
Will you be using your stock LC 16" wheels for these 17" tires?
I know the Sequioa Limited ran those nice 5 spoke alloys that came in 7.5 x 17" but the backspacing was wrong for the 80s though.

Paul, if you don't decide to get them let me know I know someone who might want them if you don't.

Seriously Alan. :rolleyes::flipoff2:

I have his card, and sent an email.
I'm not gunna be able to go that route, so I'll see what we can work out.

They aren't MT's, but he said he only had them on for a few hundred miles and then switched back.

He's in Simi Valley

37's 3" heavy OME and a 2" body is more then enough to clear 37's
