Hi, Everyone !

I just purchased a 98' w/77k miles. Great condition. Stock running gear (previous owner was a female mall cruiser). Will 285/75/16 bfg a/t's fit without rubbing???

Check my sig :)

Butch,

The short answer is yes.

Do a search and read some threads here about tires, there are less expensive alternatives to the BFG's:

Nitto Terra Grapplers
Yokohama Geolander ATII's

I've got about 5K on the Terra Grapplers (285/75-16)...so far so good. They still look new.

Oh, and NO rubbing.

255/85-16

What about 255/85 16?
Will they fit a stock 100?

We went wheeling this weekend. I continue to be impressed with the Yokohama's. I will never go back to the BFG AT's after my great experience with the Yokohama's.

They are a great value at less than $150 each in 285 75r16.

Another truck had MTR's and he swears he's going to switch to the Yokohama's now because he wants a tire that performs better on the road as well as off road.
