Some emergency come up. My other car is down for the next 4-5 weeks. Big storm is coming I need new tires really bad. Not willing to buy tires twice so I ordered a set of 255/80r17 Toyo AT II that was on sale pretty cheap. This tire listed as 33.1" or 33.3" tall.

I have a temporary 1.5" spacer lift coming this weekend. Yes spacer lift and only 1.5". Also already have SPC control arm waiting to be installed this weekend. The plan is to max lower control arm as far forward and adjust caster to 3° using the upper control arm.

The truck was bought because I want the cheapest vehicle that I can fit OME BP-51. GX was chosen for KDSS and cheaper price than Tacoma or even 4th generation 4runner in the area. We have some major expense coming thus not wanting to buy the BP-51 yet.

The question is would I damage the tire or major body parts if I run this tires on stock suspension and stock wheels? No off roading planned with this setup, just temporary transport to work vehicle.

Truck is 05 Gx470 with KDSS.
What have done is removing side steps and moving front fender liner forward.

Got the tire installed and no rubbing at all on the road. I am sure it will off road. The KDSS might help a lot on the road and prevent rubbing. Have not check if it rub the frame at max turn or not.

Moving the front wheel liner and removing foot step definitely help. I am running stock 17x7.5 with 25 mm offset that pretty sure help also.

Also found out both rear bump stop was damaged.
Time to call wheelers off road. Any body know if they would still honor GXOR group buy from last September?
