Well I made it to the Pacific!
One year on the road!
Soon I will head north up the coast.
Fishing and camping around Taos, NM was great.
Moab and down around Brice NP was amazing!
Nevada was Nevada.
The Sierras around Markleeville, CA was, well I camped 4 weeks there.
The best!
Now around Bodega Bay.
The movie, "The Birds" was filmed around here.

Finally changed the oil and shot some lube here and there. The cruiser been
running great.
I"m hearing some creaking noises underneath. Could be the shocks. Been carrying a lot of weight!

Check out my new rack!

Sounds like fun! Lots of cools places to check out near where you are. You should check out point reyes and you should also check out jalama beach....very cool places to camp.

Have a good trip and post pics!

Thanks All!
I grew up in Santa Cruz so this is like coming home for me.
The slideshows on my You Tube Channel are made up of photos.

Sence it's wild life you seek head towards tomolas (sp) there's supposed to be an elk herd around there and another up @ lake pillsburry. If the coastal herd us anything like the pillsburry herd you'll be able to get pretty close and they should start bugling in the next few weeks. Also try annadel stat park in Santa rosa and head in from the parking lot on canal dr. Take cobble stone/orchard/rough go trails toward lake llisango(sp) I see deer, coyote, turkey and all sorts of other critters out there. If it were BLM or other huntable area I wouldn't be telling you about it it's that good.
