Guys,

Kristina Hall from SweetOtter.com will be holding a Wilderness and Remote First Aid Class in Sacramento on April 16th & 17th.
People who take the course will be certified by the American Red Cross for two years.
The class is 16 hours over 2 days. We will learn patient assessment, head, neck and spine injuries, wound management,
splinting techniques and a whole lot of other very important information for backcountry travelers. It's a fun and informative class, with lots of hands on and realistic scenarios.
Some in the list have already taken this course in the Bay Area. I can't stress how important this is for us who venture in the back country.
Just like we know what to do with our vehicles in an emergency situation, we should also know what to do in case of a medical emergency.

The two day class is $155. It includes all the supplies used for the course.

Please message me or Kristina Kristinahall@mac.com to find out more.

Regards

Alvaro
