Who's White Cruiser in Grifton at the Shad Festival Sat.?

I live in Grifton, NC and was riding back into town in my new to me 87 FJ60 and saw someone with a newer white LC. I'm thinking maybe it was an 80 series?
Anyway it was parked at the Shad Festival and had a snorkel kit, TRD sticker in the back window, and a lift I think among other mods.
Was that anyone here?
