Who owns the ICON?

So I'm driving dad hom on the inner loop of 440 between Yadkin and 64 and I think I'm hallucinating when I see a TLC Icon on the other side headed like West, or wherever one may go that direction/outer loop.


I don't reckon it belongs to anyone here?

And why, oh why are they using the old-tech engines still?

After messing with my LS1, I'll never run anything else. There's SO much they've changed for the better..
