x2 i did it in 12hr (on the way back, hint time change) in the 40.

Tenitive plan -
Looks like we are leaving the Torrance area Saturday morning, staying in Vegas on the way Saturday night and then driving the rest on Sunday.
Waking up in Moab Monday morning.

I have to work on monday and tuesday.... anyone in for leaving on tuesday evening driving half way and doing the rest wendsday morning.... the orginized trail stuff is thursday through Saturday.....

ray... i did it this way last year, dont do it. Call in sick, anything. You need/want to leave on Saterday and drive home on Sunday, i would also advise that you take at least one day off from wheeling (like wendsday) and do something like go hiking or bike riding. You are going to be driving 1400mi, and you want to take your time, you will thank your self when you get there because you will have a better time.

Yeah, I agree with Sat. to Sun. (full week) if you can swing it with work. It is a long ways to Moab, you might as well enjoy it as long as possible.

Change of plans.

Leaving Sunday morning, staying somewhere Sunday night, arriving Monday sometime, and camping at Slickrock starting Monday night.

are you camping at the campgroung or what are you planning??? I was looking at the campground and if we have a group it may be cheeper to get a rv space and splitt it 3 or 4 ways... looking at the map and link on the registration page... that way we can get cable tv too....

Yeah I have the whole week off (4/30-5/5) and will be leaving some time on the last weekend in April. My schedule is flexable so let me know how the caravans pan out.

Normally like to hit some of the parks (Zion, Bryce, Capital Reef) in one direction or the other to break things up for a day or so. Prefer to make it past Vegas for the first night stop.

BTW (Skim) Robert...this is brian that guy who bought your mini truck axle in torrance
