Whistle/whine at idle?

I'm hearing a faint-ish but distinctive whistle/whine from the climate system at idle in a '17 LC with 96k miles. It varies in pitch/tone, and disappears when I get on the gas, and also when I turn off the climate system.

I swear this is a new sound although my (independent/non-dealer) shop tells me it's not uncommon with Toyota 5.7s.

I tried the forum search function to no avail. All ideas/suggestions appreciated!

Even changed your cabin filter? Maybe full of stuff? Set the system in RECIRC and check for debris or filter clogging.

Good suggestion. Cleaned out the cabin filter and that seems to have fixed it.
