Which size tire?

This has probably been beat to death, sorry.

I have 18" wheels. I found a decent set of nitto mt for cheap in 295/70/18.

Is that a common size? Too tall? I plan on lifting the AHC sensors and likely rear 30mm spacers eventually with added weight.

Look up member Sonk76 - he runs the nitro terra in that size ~34" so the mt is probably slightly bigger unless tread heavily worn.

My thoughts - heavy tire, poor ride, short life span

BUT if they are cheap - go for it

I am running 295 70 18 Nitto Terra grappler G2's, and as a brand, they are very round and balance well- Nitto's are good tires. As bozncsurf says above, approximately 34", so that size is a big tire, and even though I am lifted about 1.5 inches in the front, I still needed to bend the pinch weld on the door side of the front fenders to prevent rubbing.
