If other posts haven't showed how anal I am about these things, then this one sure will. Anyone know the proper orientation of this rubber hood seal (open facing forward or back)? I can't tell from the diagram.. My truck had it missing since I bought it.

I have the opening facing towards you when you open the hood. Can’t vouch as to whether that’s correct, though.
