Where to take a FJ40 in S.A? (1 Viewer)

Hi, I am new to the forum- been reading but never really posted. I am thinking about purchasing this fj40 I have been looking at in S.A.

Do you know of anyone or a good shop-mechanic that I can take it to for a pre-purchase inspection?

I have found some issues with it already but trying to get an idea of how much something costs to fix so I can give the seller a fair offer.

Any details that yall can give me will be greatly appreciated.

What do you think of this for $11K?

Seller says everything works except the odometer. AC blows cold but not hard. No power steering. 4x4, engine and tranny all in great shape. Needs a new rain gutter to finish it out (part is several hundred plus welding labor...possibly repainting?

How much do you think it will cost to clean up that rust, paint, etc. I think the driver and passenger floorboard- floor panel need replacing or am I just overdoing it?
