Where to post grievances against members for selling conduct?

Is there an appropriate forum to post grievances against members for fraudulent transactions?

Specifically, I paid RTB Falcon for parts back in mid-December and have still not received them, and now he no longer responds to PMs regarding the parts or my payment.

Please let me know where I should post a seller review or warning.

I have read the in the classifieds forum for posting iTrader feedback, but the member's feedback number does not have a link as step 2 indicates it should. This is the thread:

I can't get to the itrader feedback page.

Still not working. I'd like to post some sort of feedback that attaches to this guy's profile. I only got ripped for $75, but I am pretty peeved about it.

I checked settings, and new members are NOT allowed to use iTrader...this prevents users from registering only to complain.

Your post in the thread is the only option.

Hmmm. Been registered for a few years now. I guess post count is the determining factor?

Not sure why registering to out a fraud would be a bad thing, but I can see the opportunity for abuse it would present.

sorry, but it IS post-count based...there was no other parameter/option...many forum features are based on post counts
