Where to get new weather rubbers for glass&doors

Redoing my new(new to me) fj40. With new paint and decided to pull all glass out and panels off for new paint. I looked on eBay for new rubber for doors and windows, Some of the sellers on there are 4x more$ than others! is the quality 4x better? Where is a good place to get quality product.? Thanks
