where to get lunette ring lock

looking for a lock for a standard lunette ring. anyone know of any better trailer/hitch places? everywhere ive called doesnt have anything. surrey or abby preferred...

something like this:

How about Clearbrook Hitch in Abby just off Perdonville on the S side of the Freeway.

tried em both, and theyve got hundred dollar solutions..but thats too spendy for me.looks like im going to try to make something up myself using a receiver locking pin, and a couple metal plates to sandwich the ring. just scored me an M101, so i'll be looking to fixer up in the following months. just want to get security covered, as its not being stored on my property..
