Where to get 1 OEM 18in wheel for 2003?

eBay or Craigslist will probably be your best bet. You can try various web searches for OEM Toyota Land Cruiser wheels and begin calling around to the various search results for inventory levels. I did this and could only find stores that had maybe 2 or 3, but not a full set of 4 that I wanted at the time. Since you're just needing one, you should get lucky. Be prepared to pay ~$250 for a reconditioned wheel, though.

I just bought one from these guys, it was nice. This is for a 2006:
69435 OEM Reconditioned wheel 18 X 8; Med Smoked Hypersilver Full Face Painted

Or google "wheel collision center", there is a place in PA that stocks and sells a lot of wheels.
