First I washed it, then I went wheeling with a buddy. I let him drive and I guided him over a little rock pile down by the river here in Grand Forks. He had a blast, he was pretty nervous when the rear wheel lifted off the ground. But thats where and what I did with my little yota today.

Grand Forks huh, I was born there! I lived in Thompson for several years! Good Pictures!

I went to work

Yeah, going to school actually finishing up school. I am ready to move somewhere I can wheel my toy! If there were more wheeling over here I would be happier, but I get bored. East Grand is actually the is the best I have found this summer in terms of wheeling. I like the winter/snow wheeling though!

Went to work, sliced the ever loving crap out of a finger doing winch wiring, then went home. The drive was still awesome, Mr T is always in style :grinpimp:. Tomorrow I might even drive out for stitches before work, double awesome.

Yesterday actually,

I drove through here....

I think you've got a good friend Mark ;) Have fun polishing. (I got a tube too :))

I drove mine to get some socket extensions, then over to a friends place to pull the starter out of his Runner.

Nowhere today :( Got a day trip in a week then the 45 run a week after that. Getting excited to go.

I gotta say wherever those pics were taken, I'd rather be there, in my Toy and a good woman that home or work.

My shots are of Archangel Valley, on the western edge of the Talkeetna Mountains. Just outside of town a bit, but overlooked by almost everyone.

Well....all summer I drove both yotas to work in the woods. It involved 2 tracks, mud, a couple rocks and a few hill climbs. Just another day cruisin' timber. Both trucks never complained.

Yesterday, south of Strawberry/ hwy 50 in the sierras.

First pic my 12yr old son driving us on a forestry road:

Younger 9yr old getting into the 80. He got to drive later on a tight & windy part of the track.

One of the destinations - nice spot for a house :)

After hiking down to the lake edge (Cody Lake) from another spot on the trail.

Can't complain about life!

cheers,

went to the Hamfest...!

:) I am amazed myself whenever I stop to think about it. But these shots were not really "wheeling". Just a short drive out of town after work for a while. Which in some ways is even more amazing I guess :)

Hi All:

Sorry, no pics! :frown:

Took my FJ40 on Friday morning over to the Liberty area of Washington State to go 'wheeling:

Liberty is an old mining town pretty much in the center of the State, so about 1.5 to 2 hours from Seattle on I-90.

Ran some trails on the west side of Hwy. 97 on Friday afternoon, then the Table Mountains trails on Saturday. Good weather and a great trail crew! :)

Despite some minor mechanical troubles I drove the rig home today! :D

Regards,

Alan
