Where are you guys getting timing belt parts?

Serpentine belt tensioner is relatively easy to swap, IIRC, so don't feel terribly compelled to replace it this go-round.

Get some Loctite for the timing belt tensioner pulley if you replace it. Trust me on that.

In case anybody is curious, Camelback was in fact able to beat those prices. :) I also had an incorrect part number in the original post - I updated that, so hopefully it is now a comprehensive parts list for a timing belt/etc service.
