When buying a 200 what are the Must have options?

well Toyota makes it real easy for ya, there really are no options unless you count remote start and floor mats I think... All LC 200's in the States come fully loaded...
Yup, carpet and/or all season mats, remote start, glass break sensor, rock warrior wheels, first aid kit, TRD filters, and TRD brake pads are like the only "accessories" available. Everything else comes "as is".

I think the 2008-2011 look a bit better from the outside! But I do like some of the extras that the 2013 and newer models bring to the table on the inside, i.e. updated interior, more speeds for crawl control, turn assist etc..
Pretty much what they said, nothing really optional, just port and dealer accessory items. Never actually seen a US 200 without remote start.

I will say I like everything about the new 16, except not getting Super White back as a color choice. If for some reason that was your color, then 2011 was the last year for it in the US spec.

I think a boat of LCs just landed. My local south Texas dealers are all showing 3-11 LCs, after having 1-3 on lot in July and Aug. Wondering if they all list what's in port, until disrtributed, or if they really each got that many. Will check out when back in San Antonio.

I thought I heard that there were some available that did NOT have a cool box console. Anyone know anything about that? I think there was a thread up about it, but I'm too lazy to search it out. If I could painlessly eliminate my cool box, I'd do it.

2015. 2016s just going into production
Is there something wrong with the coolbox, or just not that useful? I have a fridge, so we're set on keeping things cool.... I just thought that would be nice to have up front.
We love ours, we had butter, coffee creamer, drinks etc in it for the road trip to Ouray, super cool to have it all right there...
it keeps drinks ice cold, and I do mean ice cold!!!

Now that the 16 has been released and shown to everyone in the world I don't see why they are sending so many 15 over late in the game
Unless they are all 20k off msrp who will get them and disregard the 16 improvements ?

Probably just lead times. Last U.S. Batch, if that. Don't remember source, but don't think we'll see 2016s until after first of year. Even Apple can't place new iPhones everywhere at once and these come by boat. $10k+ off vs new 2016 will move them.
