What size wheels are you guys running? I'm looking to replace the stock wheels that's on my 62 right now. I've seen several 15, 16, and 17 inch wheels that would fit. Any thoughts on the subject would help. Thanks.

What are your goals with the truck?

If it's big time wheelin' stick with 15's. There are more tire choices for wheelers in 15" rim sizes.

depends on what you want to do with it. Do consider width, too. For mud you want wide, snow you want narrow - at least that's how I understand it.

I run 24" wheels with the spinners...they compliment my neon lights nicely.

Kidding. I think my wheels are 15x9.5 with 31x10.5 tires...can't remember though.

Trail Ready 17x9" bead locks.

My truck is mostly a DD. I do take it off-road once in a while though. The stock 15s with Michelin LTX M/S 31s are fine right now but I plan on lifting the cruiser about 4 inches. I was considering 17s with 33s but I wasn't sure what it would do to performance. Swank60, I saw 26 "dubs" for the 1st time yesterday on a Yukon. I think one of those wheels would be enough for me to buy another 60/62 hahaha.

i'm planning a 2.5" bds and keeping the stock rims and adding 33/12.50 bfgs - this seems like a pretty common setup and i like the look of the stock wheels

Pro Comp Xtreme alloys 15x8" with 3 1/4" backspacing
33x12.5x15 tires

15x8 black Rock Crawler's with 3.5" BS, running 33x10.5 BFG AT/KO's....

setup as ski/snow, hunting/fishing, forest service/logging road rig ;)

I run an OME lift with 15x8 wheels and 33x10.5 tires. No rubbing, they air down without popping a bead and aren't too fat and heavy for the 2f to push down the road.

jjbodean1970 - My 2cents, 12.5 is too wide for the stock rim.. I wouldn't go more than 10.5 and only if you don't air down. Just a thought.
