Here is my 62 at the top of 5 fingers, I nice hill climb,
the G-wagen got stuck on the way up, (the drivers first time offroad seemed a bit too scared to roll his car)

Here is a group picture, lots of fun, my Land Cruiser Dominated everyone else, we lost the group a few times because they could not go up trails we were going up in the 62, This car is STOCK other than some beard seats and 33x9.5 tires

I also tugged a 1/2 ton chevy outta the mud, the guy was complaining saying his posi wasnt working and he had an open diff, he asked if I had lockers because I got through the section he just got stuck in, I said nope, open diffs, got in the car and pulled him out :-P

That was one of the funnest wheeling days yet! my second full day of wheeling, I am hooked, now time to start modding it!

I love the 33' tires and the fact that toyota, and a stock one at that, beat out jeep and chevy. Great pictures bud.

Looks like a good time! Nice pix.

Nice Photos, Love seeing that Benz getting towed up.

What brand of tires are you running?

Cheers

I got an odd brand name but they are the exact pattern of the Big-o's amazing tires! perform VERY well in the mud, and are quiet on the street but my cousin has some bfg MT's on his jeep (the black one) and they were quieter on the street than mine but the noise does not bother me at all, they handle great

Damn! It looks pretty dry. I was at Hollister on monday right after the weekend downpour and it was pretty hard to hold any steep inclines even with mtrs. Does anyone have experience with the aussie locker? It seems like a pretty affordable alternative to powertrax's notorious lock-rite.
:D

Hmmm, my dad picked the cruiser up around 5 years ago. In terms of future plans for it, I'm trying to keep it relatively highway safe and comfortable so there won't be any need for sawzall work. My dad already flopped it this summer on that same trail in my picture, but ended up denting only a small portion of the passenger 2ed row's door and ripping off the tail light lense. It opens and closes like normal, just has a little battle wound to remember. Not too shabby! Cruiser iron amazes me. I'm planning on some rear protection and maybe some sliders-oh yeah, a lunchbox locker as well. The fj60 is an awesome rig, perfect for the beginning offroad enthusiast.

The G-wagen overheated badly, it had not been started in about 8 weeks it is a diesel he imported it from germany it is a retired forestry truck its very cool, we let it cool down added some more fluid and it was fine the rest of the day.
