Wheel offset for OEM 18" 100 Series

I've been trying to find the OEM specs for 18" wheels on a 100 Series (2003 model). Does anyone know offhand the offset and thread specs? I believe the thread is M14x1.5" and the lug pattern is 5x150. However, I need the offset as I'm working on a trailer build that'll have the same wheels/tires as the tow vehicle. Thanks for the help!
