Wheel Dolly?!

I was checking prices on wheel dollies...HOLY ****!
Even Harbor Freight's are 300 bucks for 4.
Anyone ever made a set?
I was thinking about 1 in square stock with some casters to cradle the tire in a rectangle shape...
Ive GOTTA be able to move this rig around in the garage OUT of my wifes beloved parking space. She's been REALLY UNDERSTANDING of this lil addiction, but if my rigs evict her our of her spot, she WONT be so understanding....

Only rated at 1000 pounds each, so buyer beware. The wheels are critical, if you build your own don't skimp. Harbor Freight skimped. It's possible to move my 80 around the shop on those (I have a set) but it takes 2 people and a lot of grunting.
